We are very pleased to announce that Hlynur Einarsson has been appointed as the new CEO/General Manager of our company.

Hlynur brings more than 20 years of experience in operations, production, and technical leadership within demanding industrial environments. Throughout his career, he has combined solid hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, achieving strong results in performance improvement, cost control, people development, and the execution of large-scale investment projects.

Most recently, Hlynur worked with Arctic Fish, where he played a key role in the commissioning and operational setup of a new processing facility. His responsibilities included team and capability building, workflow design, and close coordination with international equipment suppliers.

Prior to this, he spent many years at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Iceland in several senior operational and technical management positions. During his tenure, he focused on strengthening operational efficiency, quality, and organizational development, leading several major projects that contributed to long-term improvements in plant performance.

Hlynur places great emphasis on strong collaboration, clear leadership, and developing capable and engaged teams. His broad experience and practical approach will be valuable assets in the continued development of both the company and the organization.
